I have worked in bankruptcy for over 20 years, 16 of which have been at Rubin & Associates. I have been accused of treating my job as if it is my second husband. This may be true. I certainly feel passionate and connected to what I do. What I value most about my job is being able to share the wisdom I have gained from the time that I have dedicated to this field of law. I am able to bring up perspectives for clients that they may not have considered as they are fighting their finances and trying to get back on track. Bankruptcy is not an easy choice, nor is it an easy process. But when you complete your case and begin your fresh start, you will come away knowing more and being better for it. Trust me, I see it every day.

I’ve always had an affinity for numbers since I was young. I attended college at the University of Texas at Austin School of Business and the University of North Texas School of Accounting. I have worked in Bankruptcy Law since 1992. I have been with Rubin & Associates for ten years now. I enjoy using my analytical skills while working to help people deal with the stress of financial troubles.

I have worked in bankruptcy law for over 10 years, and I am blessed to be a part of Rubin & Associates since 2023.

I know that behind every bankruptcy case is a person facing a difficult and often stressful moment in life. I’ve seen just about every aspect of life whether personal experience or through loved ones, and because of that, I place my entire heart into what I do. I too have seen some tough days. I’m a native Texan and very proud of it. I am an avid gardener, which is why I love Texas. I have been employed with Rubin & Associates for a little over 5 years, but I have worked in the Bankruptcy field for more than 19 years. I feel blessed to be working with Mr. Rubin and everyone here. We are more than just employees and co-workers – we are friends and we care about each other. This care and concern carry over to our clients, by striving to help them get through the stress of their situation.
